U.S. Supreme Court to decide fate on landmark homelessness case

The United States Supreme Court is deliberating the fate on Grants Pass vs. Johnson. The justices are expected to release their decision sometime this summer on whether to ban and fine homeless encampments. The outcome will affect hundreds of thousands of people nationwide who are currently living on the streets. We spoke with Elizabeth Funk, the CEO of DignityMoves, about why this complex issue should not be up to the court.
